Costs vary with layout changes, cabinet type (stock vs. semi-custom vs. custom), countertop material, appliances, and finishes. After an in-home visit we provide a fixed-price proposal with allowances so you know where every dollar goes.
Usually, yes. We set up dust and floor protection and, when possible, a temporary kitchen. Work areas are cleaned daily, and noisy or disruptive tasks are scheduled during agreed hours.
Absolutely. We provide layout options, cabinet elevations, and finish guidance for countertops, tile, fixtures, and lighting. If desired, we can produce 3D renderings so you can visualize the space before we order.
Labor, project management, permits, protection, demolition, rough and finish trades, standard disposal, and final cleanup. Exclusions (e.g., appliance costs or unforeseen structural issues) are listed clearly so there are no surprises.
Any change is documented with a written change order showing scope, cost, and schedule impact. Hidden conditions (like outdated wiring or rot) are photographed and discussed with you before we proceed.
We warranty our workmanship (commonly 1 year) and pass through manufacturer warranties on products. After completion, we schedule a 30-day and/or 11-month check-in to address any settling or touch-ups.
